Limited Warranty

MWR Collection warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and care for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

What is Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal use.

What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or abuse
• Exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, or chemicals
• Alterations or modifications made by unauthorized parties
• Normal wear and tear

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, please submit a request through our online repair and restoration form. Our concierge team will review your claim and assess the defect.

Repairs or Replacements

If your product is found to be defective within the warranty period, MWR Collection will repair or replace the defective part or product at no charge. We may, at our option, repair or replace the product with a new or refurbished equivalent.

Beyond the Warranty

Even after the warranty period expires, we offer a range of repair and restoration services to help maintain the beauty and longevity of your MWR Collection pieces. Our skilled artisans can address a variety of issues, including scratches, scuffs,color restoration, and structural repairs.

For repairs or restorations not covered by the warranty or beyond the warranty period, we offer competitive pricing for our services.

Please note: This warranty is in addition to any other legal rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
