• How long will delivery take?

Our Product Development process begins after your order is placed. It can take from 2 weeks  to 3 months to create your product, depending on your purchased. You will receive an emailed timeline of your product development in our atelier and be notified when your order has been shipped. 

• How do I track delivery of my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive and email with your USPS, UPS, or DHL tracking number to track the arrival of your package.

• How may I get assistance with my online order?
